At ItalianMyFood, we don't only sell food, but a unique territory, added to UNESCO'S World Heritage List. This acknowledgement goes beyond the beauty of the vineyard landscape. In fact, this area is also made unique by the local culinary traditions: a long history of authentic ingredients and recipes handed down from one generation to the next that, over the years, have been immortalised by local restaurants and taverns.
In our dishes, you will find the history of our area and the great traditions of Langhe and Roero.
A good and balanced diet goes hand in hand with ethical environmental-friendly choices. That's why we exclusively offer fresh seasonal ingredients, carefully selected and provided by local producers.
We love good food and great cuisine as much as you do, as well as the excitement of a meal shared with the people we love.

THE CHEF
STEFANO PAGANINI
I’m an exuberant spirit. I began my career preparing vegetables in one of the first Michelin-starred restaurants in Piedmont, La Contea, in Neive. I studied in Davide Palluda's kitchen before venturing to work at Villa Tiboldi in Canale. In 2010, I finally opened my own restaurant: Stefano Paganini – Alla Corte degli Alfieri, in the heart of the Roero area, in the castle of Magliano Alfieri. Here, I express myself through my cuisine. In my job, I tell the story of my life and my country, and I try to convey this feeling to my guests through an authentic tasting and sensory experience.

THE ONLINE SOMMELIER
MAURIZIO VOGLINO
After gaining experience in well-known Piemontese companies, up to a promotion to ICT manager, I became an entrepreneur in the software and web sector and I founded MVItalia. It's an e-commerce platform, an app, and a web application. Our aim, as stated by our slogan, is ‘Connect – Now we can.’ And since I was born in the homeland of great wine and quality cuisine, we developed this project in order to fulfil the wishes of people like me, who are passionate about wine, food, and all things related.

THE FINANCE MAITRE
LUIGI BRUNO
I was born in Alba and I had a professional training in various companies, where I occupied managerial roles. But I also have a great passion for good cuisine – both on the cooking and especially the eating side. That's why we developed the idea of bringing the quality of the local area to the tables of all the gourmands. At ItalianMyFood, I’m in charge of all aspects related to management, finance, and business development.

THE GASTRONAUT
PIETRO RAMUNNO
For me, writing is not a job, but a calling. As a journalist, I founded the communication agency Impresso, where we create texts and social media strategies. My world is the world of communication, but I know wine and I love food. I cannot cook, but I really appreciate people that are familiar with cooking and have an insane soft spot for saturated fats. I love poetry from my hills and telling the stories of the people that live here.

THE CYBER-SECURITY GOURMET

Law was the starting point of my career. Today, curiosity, passion, and a desire to always face new challenges are at the core of my activities. As a lawyer, I handle the security of the data managed by ItalianMyFood and all other aspects related to data protection. I of course also appreciate the excellent food traditions of the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato area.
